Copy to GDB: Move the extracted folder into your PES 2013 GDB directory: Pro Evolution Soccer 2013\kitserver13\GDB\uni\Club\Argentine Primera División\San Lorenzo (Note: Adjust the path if your patch uses a different folder structure).
Edit Map.txt: Ensure your map.txt file inside the GDB folder points to this new directory.
